Circuit court rules on Gloucester bathroom policy

Part of North Carolina’s HB2, which many say allows for discrimination against LGBT people, may have been invalidated by a court in Virginia. The Daily Press reports that the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, which covers both states, ruled that the Gloucester school board can’t require students to use bathrooms that don’t correspond with their gender identity.
