Put the smartphones down, already-weary college kids

Researchers from Ithaca College in New York have linked cellphone use to sleep deprivation among college students. The phones’ artificial light and false alarms, like text notifications, are just some ways that students are losing sleep due to their phones. If this is hitting a little too close to phone, the iPhone even has a feature that changes color temperature to aid users in falling asleep.
