Chesapeake girl without hands wins penmanship contest, puts rest of us to shame

The Post reports that Chesapeake grade-schooler Anaya Ellick (Greenbrier Christian Academy) won the Nicholas Maxim Special Award for Excellence in Manuscript Penmanship, all without using hands. She normally clutches the pencil in her forearms, but now there’s a trophy in the way. Ellick beat out 50 other children.
