Virginia voter ID laws likely to remain stagnant until after the election

More drama arose Thursday over attempts to strike down some of Virginia’s voter ID laws as the case made it to the U.S. 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.  While Republicans argue that Democrats cannot prove that the laws disenfranchise minority voters, Democrats claim that Republicans had little data to encourage tightening restrictions.  Get the rundown here.
